Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Digi Nest, we exclusively sell digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, presets, filters, courses, guides, and other downloadable files. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

To request an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at help@diginestind.shop with your Order ID, payment details, and a description of the issue.

3. Order Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction has been completed.

4. Chargebacks

Customers are requested to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using order records, payment confirmation, delivery records, download logs, access records, and other relevant evidence.

We may also suspend access to the purchased digital products while the dispute is under review.
