Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Digi Nest, all our products are digital downloads. No physical shipping is involved.

1. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased product will be delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email containing a download link.

  • Order confirmation or download page.

  • Customer account dashboard.

  • Instant-access page.

  • Another electronic delivery method mentioned on the product page.

Delivery is usually instant or completed within a few minutes after successful payment confirmation.

In certain cases, delivery may take additional time due to payment verification, email delays, technical issues, server delays, website maintenance, or third-party service interruptions.

2. No Physical Shipment

We sell digital products only, including eBooks, PDF files, scanned books, digital guides, courses, presets, filters, and other downloadable resources.

No hard copy, printed book, parcel, or physical product will be shipped to your address.

Because no physical shipment is involved:

  • No shipping charges apply.

  • No tracking number will be issued.

  • No courier delivery will take place.

  • The billing address does not determine digital delivery.

3. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and active email address during checkout.

If an incorrect email address is entered, delivery may fail or be delayed. Contact us with your Order ID and payment proof so that we can verify the order and update the delivery details where possible.

4. Did Not Receive Your Product?

If your payment was successful but you have not received your product, please check:

  • Your email Inbox.

  • Spam or Junk folder.

  • Promotions or Updates folder.

  • The email address used during checkout.

  • Whether the payment was successfully completed.

  • Your customer account or order-access page, where applicable.

If the issue continues, contact us within 24 hours at help@diginestind.shop.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID.

  • Customer name.

  • Email address used during checkout.

  • Payment ID or transaction reference.

  • Screenshot of the successful payment, if available.

Our support team will verify the order and provide the available download or access details.

5. Download and Device Responsibility

After receiving the product, customers are advised to download and securely save the files on their device or cloud storage.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device has compatible software to open the purchased file format.

We are not responsible for loss of downloaded files caused by device failure, accidental deletion, storage problems, software issues, or customer-side technical problems. However, we may assist with restoring access where records and platform availability permit.
